Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift for any reason, we accept returns within 10 days of delivery.
Please note that all items returned must be in their original condition and packaging. Any items that have been used or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return, and that the original shipping fees and any taxes paid are non-refundable.

Please allow between 2-5 business days for your return to be processed.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. 

You will receive a full refund only in the form of credits which may be redeemed at The Skin Clinic (online or at the clinic).
